The FDA removed the menopausal HRT black box warning in February 2026 — a major shift acknowledging the body of modern research. HRT is appropriate for many women, but candidacy depends on your individual health profile. That's what the consult is for.

How long until I feel different?

Most patients notice energy and sleep changes within 2–4 weeks. Mood and clarity changes typically follow at 4–8 weeks. Full hormonal stabilization can take 90 days.

What if I'm not in menopause yet — just feeling "off"?

Perimenopause starts as early as 38 for some women. Our consult is appropriate for any woman 38+ who feels something is off.

Do I have to commit to monthly HRT after the consult?

No. The consult is a stand-alone $199 visit. You leave with a plan; whether you act on it is entirely your decision.
