These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, services, communications, and treatments provided by Glow Beauty Lab Med Spa LLC ("Glow Beauty Lab," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our site, booking an appointment, opting in to SMS, or receiving any service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
You must be at least 18 years old to book services or provide consent through our website. If you are booking on behalf of a minor for any age-appropriate service, you affirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and consent to these Terms on the minor's behalf. By using our services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
2. Services we provide
Glow Beauty Lab offers medical aesthetic and wellness services in Myrtle Beach, SC, including but not limited to:
- Injectable treatments (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators)
- HydraFacial, Korean Glass Facial, and other skin-health treatments
- Laser treatments (BBL, MOXI, laser hair removal)
- Microneedling, chemical peels, and dermal-resurfacing protocols
- IV hydration and B12 injections
- Japanese Head Spa and scalp facials
- Massage therapy (where licensed)
- Skin Health Programs and member-based plans (Glow Club)
All medical aesthetic services are performed by licensed clinicians acting within the scope of their license under the supervision of our medical director. Service availability is subject to change, clinical judgment, and your candidacy for the specific treatment.
3. Booking & deposits
You may book through our website, by phone at (843) 903-0108, or via SMS once you've opted in. Certain appointments and packages require a deposit to secure your slot. Deposits are applied to the cost of the service performed. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within our cancellation window (see Section 5), the deposit is retained per the policy below.
4. Payment terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless you are enrolled in a pre-paid package or Glow Club membership with a different billing arrangement. We accept major credit and debit cards and select third-party financing (e.g., Cherry) where eligible. Pricing is presented in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price quoted at the time of booking is the price you will be charged.
5. Cancellation & no-show policy
- 24-hour notice: Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before your appointment are free of charge, and any deposit is fully refundable or transferable.
- Less than 24 hours: Late cancellations forfeit 50% of the deposit (or a $50 minimum, whichever is greater).
- No-show: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice forfeits the full deposit. Repeated no-shows may require pre-payment in full for future bookings.
- Exceptions: Genuine medical or family emergencies are handled case-by-case at our discretion. Reach out as soon as you can.
6. Free consultation policy
Our Free 30-Minute Beauty Consult is available to new patients only, one consult per person, and includes a face-and-scalp analysis, a Korean skincare facial mini, and a written recommendation. Booking requires the same information as any other appointment but no card on file. A no-show on a free consult counts against the new-patient slot; we ask for the courtesy of a quick text or call if your plans change.
7. SMS messaging terms
SMS messaging is voluntary, opt-in only, and never a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. We will never share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their independent marketing or promotional use. See our Privacy Policy, Section 4 for full details.
By opting in via our consent form, in-person intake, or contact form, you agree to receive SMS messages from Glow Beauty Lab Med Spa LLC at the phone number provided. Message types and frequencies depend on the consent you provide:
- Transactional consent: appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, post-visit follow-ups, and customer-care responses.
- Marketing & promotional consent: occasional promotional offers and member-only events.
Typical frequency is 2 to 6 messages per recipient per month. Message and data rates may apply per your carrier and plan. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out at any time. After opting out, you may continue to receive transactional messages directly related to a service you've already booked (such as a same-day appointment reminder) unless you also call us to fully disable SMS contact.
8. Medical disclaimer
The information on this website is provided for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider. Individual results vary. No outcome is guaranteed. Many aesthetic treatments have contraindications, possible side effects, and recovery requirements that will be reviewed with you during consultation. Always disclose your full medical history, current medications, allergies, and pregnancy/breastfeeding status before any treatment. 9. Refunds & gift-card policy
Because medical aesthetic services are personal and rendered in real time, completed services are non-refundable. Unused portions of pre-paid packages may be refunded at our discretion, less the per-session value of any treatments already used and less a reasonable administrative fee. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash, and do not expire (per South Carolina law). If you receive a product that arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days for replacement or refund.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South Carolina law, Glow Beauty Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the total amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Horry County, South Carolina, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction. Before filing any formal claim, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting contact@glowbeautylabmedspa.com.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review them periodically.
